We employ zero salespeople. We run no outbound marketing. We operate strictly on a 100% referral basis — staying small and obsessively focused on the engineering itself.
Dean Smith
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Dean brings over 18 years of end-to-end experience in AV integration. After mastering every role from installation to sales, he led the R&D technical team for Apple Retail, spearheading the global standardization of technology across more than 500 stores. Relocating to the East Coast in 2020, he founded Pittwater — named after the shoreline he grew up on — to bring that enterprise practice to a boutique, engineering-focused firm.
